A Path Toward Restoration & Renewal
I take a whole-person approach to healing, recognizing that therapy is one part of a larger process. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including DBT and EMDR, I tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals while encouraging you to consider the relationships, community, faith, spirituality, physical well-being, and other sources of support that can contribute to healing and growth.
Together, we can work to better understand the challenges you are facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop the skills and insight needed to move forward. I strive to balance compassion with honesty, creating a space where you feel understood while also being encouraged toward meaningful change.
Individual Counseling
Our sessions will focus on the concerns, experiences, or circumstances you would like to address in therapy. Sessions provide an opportunity to talk openly, gain perspective, work through challenges, and focus on the areas that matter most to you.
Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or working toward a deeper understanding of yourself, our work will be guided by your needs and goals. The focus may shift as your needs change, allowing therapy to remain relevant and purposeful throughout the process.

In our first session, my goal is to create a warm, comfortable, and welcoming space where you can begin to share your story and what brought you to therapy. We’ll spend time gathering information about your background, experiences, and current concerns so I can develop a fuller understanding of what you’re experiencing and how I can best support you.
I know that sharing personal information with someone new can feel vulnerable, so I strive to make the process feel comfortable, respectful, and conversational. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to your first session. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and comfortable moving forward with the therapeutic process.
